Caroline is an Accredited BHS Performance Coach and an Accredited EQ Bands Coach. EQ Bands are designed to aid in the development of balanced, symmetrical and effective riders. As a rider, we generally have asymmetries, which when linked in to our horses asymmetries, create limitations in our ability to progress. EQ Bands are used to aid the 'concept of feel'. Using the EQ Bands, riders learn how to activate the correct muscles via mild resistance created by the EQ Bands. This allows the very important development of 'feel' for the correct posture. Sessions are private one-hour lessons with a choice of times. Session format: Rider position is assessed and discussed. EQ Bands are used as necessary. Effects/findings are discussed.
